Your Medical Doctor
As a nutrition consultant I do not diagnose, prescribe, treat or cure. Clients are required to continue under the care of a physician.
Your physician uses diagnoses like diabetes. I do not diagnose, instead I use descriptive words like high blood sugar that explain how your cells are functioning. Adrenal fatigue is a description that rings true for many just like ‘I feel tired’. Adrenal fatigue is not meant to be a diagnosis.
I listen to your experience then provide education on food, supplements and lifestyle therapies for your symptoms so you can make your own informed decisions.
Nutrition Supplements
The purpose of a supplement is to provide concentrated nutrients to resolve deficiencies so that over time you can stop or reduce most supplements.
Professional grade supplements are available to pick up at my office or shipped to you. My 15% discount provides safer supplements at a lower cost than Amazon while supporting local business.
Always begin a supplement at the lowest dose possible and slowly increase to your desired dosage. Always start new supplements at least 1 week apart to notice positive or negative effects.
Dosages are personalized to your needs so don’t follow the instructions on the bottle. Stop and call me if you have any unpleasant symptoms.
Most supplements should make a noticeable difference in how you feel. If you have taken a supplement for a month and don’t notice improvements, then don’t refill the supplement.
My package plans include guidance to adjust supplements weekly so we can support healing from many different angles.
When the supplements have done their job, we will reduce them so you can get most nutrients from food. Continuing with the same supplements long term without reevaluating can create nutrient imbalances, waste your money and miss out on healing opportunities.
