Adrenal Fatigue Questionnaire

About Adrenal Fatigue

Adrenal Glands and how they are affected by stress

The adrenals are two little caps, located on top of the kidneys in the middle of your back. The adrenals can give you superhuman strength and fast thinking. With enough adrenaline, humans have been able to outrun predators and lift cars to save lives.

But, everything comes at a price – too much adrenaline is toxic to the heart and wears out the adrenal glands causing adrenal fatigue, heart disease and autoimmune disorders. Most people use adrenaline for unnecessary reasons - traffic, a disagreement at work or reading the news. Excess adrenaline provides a nice rush of energy but eventually it leaves you feeling wired, tired and unable to heal damage or prevent autoimmune disorders.
